Arulnidhi who was undecided on his next film after the refreshing hit ‘Vamsam’ has opened up his diary again. The grand son of the chief minister has been hearing a lot of stories and was waiting for a right script that will take him to the next level.
Sources say Arulnidhi has approved the script of debutant director Chaplin for his next. What attracted Arulnidhi was the city subject Chaplin narrated. Chaplin was first an assistant to directors Dharani and Karu Pazhaniappan and then was an associate director of Pandiraj in ‘Vamsam’.
Arulnidhi seems to have got the feel of Kollywood that brands an actor by the last film. He cleverly avoided all village subjects that came to him in a hurry and waited for this city theme to come out of rural thoughts. Well done Arul!
‘Eeram’ director Arivazhagan is also having his talks with Arulnidhi for a project that may take off in January next year.
